I can’t say we will be returning to Fabstar in the future, it took us over a month to get 4 steel truck signs. Every time we tried to reach out about the order we couldn’t get anyone on the phone. My coworker went up there twice about it and was told it would be ready on Friday, with an excuse as to why it wasn’t ready. Today my husband went to pick up the order and again he was told I’m sorry it’s not ready and to give them an hour. After we finally received the signs he asked him why it took so long for this order to be complete he gave my husband several excuses, when he was questioned about never answering their phones, calling anyone back, or responding to our emails he was informed that they’ve been so busy they hadn’t had the time to answer. I could understand this if it hadn’t been over a month of trying to receive our order.
