I bought a headlight modulator and rear tour pack flashers for my 2014 Harley. Took them to Harley dealer...headlight modulator worked great. They could not get rear flasher to work. I called customer support...they said all of their products work and it was the dealers fault that the product would not work. I took it to another dealer and they same thing happened. The second dealer said the wire locations in the harness I bought did not match up with the Harley harness and when the computer was hooked up to the bike, it immediately sent error codes. I sent the rear flasher back to Kriss with the explanation from both Harley dealers for credit. When you purchase from Kriss the paperwork says nor refunds and no returns on any electrical items that have been opened. Since all they sell is electrical parts...that means NO RETURNS & NO REFUNDS on any of their merchandise in spite of the fact that they may not work. I thought it was quite arrogant that I was told that all their products work and that they are infallible.... I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN AND WOULD SUGGEST THE SAME TO ANYONE. I later bought another brand of rear flasher formy bike that actually worked and cost about 1/3 of the Kriss product.
