Very rude and hard to work with. Shipment was incorrect and I couldn’t get a correct invoice to pay so then they changed my account from net 30 to prepay even though they shipped me material from Canada when I asked for Domestic. Bars were rusted and I was short about 2 bars all in all. But since the market is in there favor right now one of the owners feels he can talk to customers anyway he pleases. Karma is real.
