I wish I could give this company -1 stars. I feel pretty silly spending $150 on an air filter which is suppose to have a lifetime warranty, only to find out it is a hassle to have it exchanged when needed. They require that you ship the old filter back to them and they will determine if they will repair or replace this overpriced piece of plastic. Can you imagine having to package a 20x30 air filter. Clearly they warranty practice is made to inconvenience you so they never have to honor the warranty. Well they won. It's going in the garbage be careful when choosing to purchase their merchandise.
