Quality pool and products. Installer is very unprofessional and has a poor work ethic. Our $8k pool was supposed to be 54", it's 48" water level because of the skimmer placement. Initial install was done with faulty parts on a Friday. 3 days later installer was laughing about having done it while the pool was green. My yard was absolutely destroyed. 3 piles of dirt, one he said could be used for backfill on a pool that can't be buried. Also charged 700 to level yard, no receipt. Unfortunately can't recommend.

Love our hot tub purchase! Wonderful customer service from Jonathan Pope who helped from my many text message with pre purchase question's, and as well the service men that delivered and set up the tub.

This is the way to buy a spa! Skip was amazing at educating me on all my options, providing me the info I needed, and walking me through every step. The delivery crew and setup were absolutely wonderful, also. They continued to make sure I was understanding and happy with every step of setup along with educating me on the upkeep after use. I could not be happier with my spa. If you have spa needs, this company is amazing!!!

I was asked to change my review before because I did not purchase the pool from them and Shaun acted as an independent contractor for them. I agreed because Tiffany has been very helpful but unfortunately I did buy a liner from them and had it installed by the same contractors who they use. The liner is less than 2 months old and there is a hole in it from poor install. The only solution I was given was buy a patch and fix it. That's awesome and I will do that but to purchase a liner for $900 and less than 2 months old and have to patch that is ridiculous and then to be told to just patch it by the installer and by store. The hole is there due to the person installing it incorrectly and allowing a very sharp object to be left on top of a felt pad that is to prevent things from popping the liner.

Easy to work with and we LOVE our new pool!!!

*Edit....Where do I begin. We found out our new pool had a pea size whole in the seam of the liner we called and Josh said don't worry we've got you and boy did they had someone out the next day to replace the liner and I had just got the chemicals in and balanced he again said don't worry we will make it right and did they ever for our trouble and beings out filling a pool twice I think we've got enough for the summer. If you not sure about getting a pool or spa from them please use them they stand by their word and will take GREAT care of you I wish I could give more then 5 stars. Thank y'all for taking care of the Sullivan's that kinda customer service is rare these days!!!!

My husband and I purchased our above ground pool in May. The purchasing process was a pleasure and we were very happy with the deal we received. (Thank you to Tiffany, Jon, and Skip for getting us started!) The installation was swift and professional (thanks to Roman and his crew!) and so far our pool is absolutely beautiful!
While we are pleased with all of that, the service and attention given to us when we call or stop in is what we truly appreciate! The customer service AFTER the sale is beyond compare! Anyone can sell you a pool. That is the easy part. Keeping up with the water clarity, pool maintenance, and just 'new pool anxiety' is where the folks at Spa and Tub excel! Being a first time pool owner, I came with MANY questions and LOTS of anxiety in general. I want to emphasize how kind, patient, and helpful they have been with us...Josh and Sonia in particular! Thank you for always making me (and my pool) a priority.
If you are looking to purchase a pool or spa (or just want to meet some truly great folks), I promise you won't find better people to work with!

Wow, how impressed I am with S&TM. I put off this purchase for years,... hours and hours of research, reading horror stories on the internet, I almost decided not to buy one. I ended up driving to Mobile from Ocean Springs to S&TM showroom to talk with Jonathan,... It was well worth the hour drive. The showroom and Jonathan were exactly what I needed to ease my skepticism ! What an awesome showroom !!! Working displays, so many models !
I did purchase an Artesian Island Spa, Delivered about 1 week later as promised. Great communication about delivery time, exceptional Delivery and set up Personnel,... they patiently walked me through EVERYTHING,...operational, care and mantainence. Great Job Guys !
S&TM is a FIRST CLASS Family owned and operated business. Being a business owner myself for many years, This is the way customers should be treated. Very rare these days. Save yourself the time I spent looking and shopping at other Hot Tub vendors. This is the company you want to go with, bar none.
I have been enjoying my Tub for a couple weeks now, not one issue and I LOVE it !!! Best investment I have made in my health EVER. 20 minutes each night before bed, Sleeping like a rock,... aches and pains better by 80-90%... This Tub is the BOMB !
