I needed a cover for the entrance to the crawl space under the house. I sent Pro Form photos and dimensions and they responded promptly with a cost estimate and the metal and gauge they recommended. When I agreed, they first sent me a drawing for approval, then fashioned the cover in less than the 2 weeks estimated. Their attention to detail was impressive and the welding was excellent. The 12 gauge cover has a sturdy handle they created and a sturdy hinge that goes the full length of the side. The cover was finished with black paint to prevent rust. They even provided the washers for the hinges. I'd use them again for any metalwork. One interesting thing about Pro Form is their location: an unusual (some might say charming or funky) commercial strip of numerous businesses and (they said) a restaurant (Gloria's) you have to try if you're in the area. This is just a stone's throw from the Truckee.
