Great place to Deliver Security Guard was nice gps takes you to the entrance but it's Actually right upper one more block to entrance left then first gate Use Buzzer to go in ,but it wasn't working and security drove on premisses to open gate with car to open gate nice people at receiving to .

Lack of innovation and contempt with archaic ways. Basic old assembly and have no intention to improve for better more efficient production. Factory floor leadership looks down on suggestions upon improvement even when proven to be more productive and cost effective. Content with pushing long hours to make up for lack of ability to improve. Training is very poor, highly likely that training personal don't fully understand job. Very unprofessional sexual conversations between factory workers. No real maintenance plan, to quote one worker "machines just break down at random." Basic high school mentality and majority of workers ex-cons working slave labor to pay off fines.
