Very poor service. Opened late and before I even got in the door, I was informed it would cost $5 to drop off my UPS return. I love to support local businesses but because they can charge rhis outrageous fee doesn’t mean they should. This is my second time using this business and I paid for a Fedex drop off. I was willing to try them again. Coronado is a small community, don’t take advantage of us. Do better please.

I've been doing business with this establishment for about five years now, and they're still worth my patronage. Honestly, this has been the most trustworthy partnership that I've experienced here in San Diego. I started my account simply because I needed an address while I lived on base, and years later I am still happy with the way they operate. Businesses come and go so quickly here, so I hope that their excellent customer service continues to get the attention that it deserves.

I left a medium review based an inaccurate assumption, and they called me to find out what was wrong then even kept a positive mood while they explained not only what was up with them, but helped me better understand the confusion and how to use eBay shipping (and why the prices are different).

I called to ask about the MemberShips service for package receiving, and Courtney was so helpful and answered all of my questions. This looks like an easy solution for where I can get my packages delivered and stored safely while I'm out of town or abroad for a reasonable price.

My wife went in to drop off a pre-paid UPS return and was told that they only accept drop offs from customers. She told them that we have been customers for many years, to which they responded “only customers with transactions today”!. My wife said that they would no longer get our business, to which they replied “WE DON’T NEED IT”!

We have lived in Coronado for more than 32 years, and these folks who own/work at this establishment are the rudest and most arrogant shop people we have ever come across. We will not ever give them our business, and will make sure that all our friends are aware of how they don’t have a sense of community. I predict that they will go out of business soon..........

They are so nice and friendly and helpful! I highly recommend them for your go to postal needs. Courtney and Dunhill are simply terrific, you'll actually enjoy going to pick up your mail!
