Very warm atmosphere.
Very loving. Very charismatic and preaches with an applicable effort on behalf of the people. A true exemplification of Christ as one body.

I recently arrived in town and the people I have met from this church are amazingly friendly. They offer their own words of inspiration freely and it is backed up by their sincere desire to help their fellow Christian, agnostic atheist or others In need a spiritual boost in their lives. The sign in the driveway simply says come as you are and they truly mean that. Delicious coffee every morning and wonderful warm people who are truly just happy to see is what you can expect from the Assembly of Life Church here in Burney California.

What a beautiful bunch of people. They have been hosting PCT hikers from all over the world who come through Burney to resupply, shower, and do laundry before getting back on trail. With absolutely no expectations of even a thank you. This is true spirituality and love for fellow mankind. Thank you so very much. I am honored to have been here. Peace, Obo.

Met folks here as a long distance hiker, at the recommendation of other hikers. I'm not a churchgoer myself. There's a genuine focus on people and community there. No pressure on the religion thing but clearly a lead-by-example approach. By comparison, a couple of weeks earlier a car pulled up to me and simply handed me a pamphlet "for reading on the trail." Thanks for the hospitality, WOL.

I want to thank the word of life. All I did was make a simple phone call and you did the rest. Tonight a an elderly lady is warm and can rest easy. She came in to where I work and i was being nosey per usual, she had told me she was buying this tiny bundle of campfire wood to stay warm because she couldn't afford to buy a cord. So I called you wonderful people. I talked to her tonight and she sd nobody has ever done anything like this for her. She sd she had a LONG talk with Jesus last night. That's the best blessing of all! I cant say thank you enough
