I hired Ranch hands last September and due to the forecast of rain on its way, I paid over the going rate... which is fine. I agreed to that.
However, our contract clearly stated what was to be done and only 25% of the job was done.
Getting them to respond once they received their $11,500 was incredibly difficult and the main supervisor/manager refuses to come finish the work. I'm left with dry rot still and have to file a court claim against them.
Please beware of this company!!!
