Kevin was professional, prompt, and polite, and even was able to come out the same day! He installed two wall mounts (one for a 65" TV and one for a 45" TV) for me. He brought everything he needed, advised me where it would work best (I ended up deciding to put both where he suggested and both work SO much better than where I had originally wanted them!), and was conversational but not to excess. He was sweet to my dog, double checked when he was doing the actual placement before drilling, and cleaned up after himself as far as dust and trash/recycling that was made during the installs. He also started with a range for when he could come and then sent me an update when he was close, which was great so I wasn't surprised. I'd absolutely hire him again, super great service!
