I have adt at my 2 other locations and never had an issue . So i decided to install another system at my 3rd location . Called 800 number and Joseph Bonifacio called me and came out to see what I need . I got everything installed about 7 month ago the only things is I am still waiting for correct panel board and horn to be installer . Everything was ordered and should have been installed with in reasonable time . Well no he don’t answer his phone and emails . Hosting me .. so if u decide to go with adt make sure you don’t deal with Joseph Bonifacio . He only nice and answers phone when he needs to sign contract .

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. Started a service with this company 6 months ago. We were trying to decide between them and Vivint and Fred (then manager) convinced us that although ADT is more expensive but we need to go with them cause they're going to use our already installed wires and we wouldn't need to go wireless. Obviously we were promised to get a full refund if not happy at any point. Took them 3 months and 8 visits to our house and they couldn't get the system work. We were getting false alarms every night and couldn't sleep. Could not arm the house for even one night. They ended up switching the sensors to wireless and still didn't work. We paid more than $2000 installation fee and finally in May they said that we need to discontinue the service and get a full refund under 6 month satisfaction guarantee cause they can not troubleshoot our system. Took them a month to send someone to remove the panels from our walls. It's August and I call them multiple times a week for the refund!!! They say someone cancelled our policy in a wrong way and they have to re-cancel to be able to refund us!!! I was on the phone with them for 6 hours (YES 6 hours) last week and they said they would sent our file to the local Branch. I asked them for a physical address where I can go and talk to someone and they said "google it" and hung up on me after 6 hours!!! Currently on hold again to get my $2000!!! Sent multiple emails to this alwaysthere joke and didn't hear back! STAY AWAY! I'm taking them to the court!

I am extremely disappointed with our last service appointment. We had a service appointment prior to this one where the technicians installed a thermostat to connect with our heating, a camera, and smoke detectors. The technician said that we would need to call ADT again when we decide to install AC so they can configure the thermostat again. We were confused as to why we would need the assistance of ADT to reconfigure the thermostat after it was already set up, but we followed the instructions and I set another appointment once we installed AC. I specifically asked the lady over the phone when making the appointment if we would be charged again. She said no since we paid $1000 for the previous one. I was still not sure why we had to schedule this second appointment. Long behold the rep shows up for the second appointment and was sent to charge us $25 dollars for his visit. There was no configuration needed. It was a waste of time, a lot of confusion, and deceptive. I also called ADT after to dispute the charge and I was just passed from person to person with no help. $25 dollars isn't going to break the bank but it is the principle that we had to go through all this trouble to schedule an appointment that was completely unnecessary, told we wouldn't be charged and then in the end we were charged.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE ~ ARIEL! Our ADT installer was excellent to work with. Not only was he knowledgeble and patient with us but he was friendly and easy to work with. The particular service took longer than we both had anticipated and he demonstrated exemplary service exceeding our customer service expectations. We have been loyal customers for over 6 years, and we were going to cancel our service, but after interacting with Ariel, we have a different outlook on ADT as a whole. Thank you Ariel!

The Account Manager Tim Webster was amazing from start to finish.
He was able to get his Tech Manager Wilson to look at my home and make sure the job was done correctly.
The Tech, Mr. Max was phenomenal, and he did a neat job. He took time to explain everything to me. I must say the install took a little longer than expected.
The other tech Mensr from a couple of days ago did well too. I just had a little trouble understanding him but he was extremely nice as well.
Tim also came a coupe of times to make sure I had all items for the work to be completed before my vacation. I am extremely proud of the crew of men that came to my home and made all of this possible in a professional manner.
People always take time to complain when things are bad But I must say I had a great experience!

Daniel was not only an extremely pleasant person he was competent and knowledgable about all the products and installation. A couple of times he was on the phone with ADT setting up our system and I found his manner with his work colleagues to be friendly and professional. I could not have been more pleased with the entire service from fix, to upgrade offer to installation.

While I enjoy the sense of security I have with a home system, ADT's customer service detracts significantly from any satisfaction I have. Too many experiences of inconsistent knowledge/expertise across repair techs, frustration on phone wait times and wasted time being available for service. If you need service, insist on an ADT employee (instead of a contractor) and know that if your issue isn't resolved after a visit they have a policy of a same day return to address (don't settle for the suggested repeat appointment on a future date).

I would like to take time to write a commendation for an ADT outstanding technician, who’s name is Ariel.
On 6/13/2019, I have my ADT Security system upgrade and have installation with new equipments.
Ariel, the technician arrived at the promised time frame promptly. He checked the existing system carefully and suggested what need to be done in order to have what I (the customer) want. He is very client(or customer) oriented service technician... no pushy type of attitude... always explain clearly to the customer to their understanding... he is very knowledgeable to his work and always get the job well done: suggestions, installation, testing, teaching and explaining to the costumer how the equipment works before he will leave the premises when all work performed and done. Ariel is a outstanding technician, always willing to go extra miles to satisfy the need(s) of the customer. He, as I have seen - an excellent and outstanding technician that ADT Security System Company have. He is great assets to the Company.
