My husband and i have a restaurant and have been a long time customer of pac gourmet, and they have quality products at an ok price, but recently went to pick up an order and was pretty appalled at the state of the "pick up waiting area". Thick layer of dust on the seats the guy was asking me to sit on, and when I finally sat down to wait, the water cooler was just nasty and dirty.... everywhere I looked was dirty. Obviously nobody is cleaning the common area. I told my husband that we need to take a tour to make sure the place is sanitary and maybe rethink where we are buying our dry goods from... very disappointed in the cleanliness of a food purveyor!

Pacific Gourmet is my favorite fine foods distributor. I STAN!!! I have been a customer for years and have nothing bad to say about them. The Sales Team is professional and knowledgeable. The Drivers are efficient and the Packing team gets kudos too because everything is always packaged with care. I toured the warehouse about 2 years ago, met one of the owners who seemed genuinely proud of the PacG team and how impeccable their warehouse is. Coming back to the Sales team, they've helped me source rare/international ingredients at a great price and helped me multiple times when I was in a pinch. If you need something, PacG will take care of you.

One of the best specialty food distributors that our bakery business has worked with. They are SO professional, follows up with you on a regular basis, delivers 3x a week, and have THE best specialty ingredients you can ask for (caviar, valrhona chocolate, Olive oil, you name it). I've been doing business for 5 years, and they are still our favorite to order from.
