We were really hopeful when we met Brandon earlier this summer to give us an estimate for renovations that we would need on a home we were trying to purchase. Brandon was nice and friendly and knowledgeable. He was initially communicative but as time passed, he became less so until he finally stopped responding to us at all. It was frustrating and baffling not to hear from him again.

We hope that everything is okay with him, his family and his business and we certainly understand that things happen in life, however, to have gotten ZERO response or follow up to explain what happened—even if he no longer wanted to work with us or didn’t have the time in his schedule or whatever—is disappointing, to say the least. He should have reached out.
