I sent a picture of our overhead lighting problem to Ossuma and he diagnosed it, made a suggestion. He was able to schedule us quickly and he and his associate Dave arrived right on time. He fixed the problem and installed a new light for us. I’m really pleased and highly recommend them!

Ossamu installed 2 hard-wired EV chargers that share load and our chargers are working exactly the way we wanted. He ran new service to upgrade our garage capacity. He was responsive, did a thorough analysis of the site and existing wiring, thoroughly explained all of the options and associated costs, and educated us about the EV charging equipment available that could accomplish the power-sharing that we wanted. We are very glad to have had Ossamu's help and look forward to working with him again in the future.

Honest and to the point, flexible scheduling and fair pricing. Recently, they set up EV chargers for us. The chargers were better than what we thought we wanted and can synchronize to get both vehicles charged.

Next up, battery backup and main service panel upgrade to consolidate subpanel hodge-podge and prep for solar.

They are great about finding a phased approach to projects.

I am very glad that I chose OJS Electric. Ossamu Sakaguti, the owner, is a friendly and reassuring person. He clearly explained what he thought should be done and answered all my questions without hesitation. The job was upgrading my 100 amp outside electrical panel to 200 amps. His contract was simple compared to other bids. He gave one competitive fixed price whereas other bids had additional costs and language for work he had included as part of his job. He personally immediately picked up on all calls I made to him. He gave notice of his arrivals and made good progress with the work. He installed the new panel until late in the day to make sure I had power. During the work he discovered an existing improper wire size and later upgraded the circuit to code without asking for additional payment. As part of the job he followed without hesitation my requests for adjustments to the ground wires, minor carpentry, and painting that I requested. I can highly recommend him for his personal and professional qualities, his work ethic and the quality of his
installation.
