We checked into Canyon Catalina Inn, after leaving a previous hotel that did not provide service, as No Staff were available during our 2-night stay. ?|Canyon Catalina Inn, provided courteous, friendly & knowledgeable staff. Our experience here was an absolute delight. |Staff was readily available to assist as we checked in. We had arrived early, therefore it was suggested we had the option of storing our luggage as we waited for our room. We were advised of an on-sight restaurant, we chose to indulge in a De’Lish breakfast. |Staff contacted us within an hour of checking in, that our room was ready. We truly appreciate the attentiveness of staff staying in contact with us. |This is the customer service we tend to experience with a reputable & professional agency. |Thank you for the Awesome stay! ❤️|We look forward to visiting you for a longer stay on our next vacation to?|Best Regards & Blessings.

Had an amazing stay! Everyone at the front desk was so helpful, we loved the shuttle service, and the room was huge and clean. We ate dinner at the restaurant and it was great food and the pool area was super nice with great places to play ping pong and relax. Such an incredible deal, especially for the price. Absolutely recommend.

We are so happy and pleased to have chosen this hotel! The whole experience from the process of booking the room to getting to the hotel at check in was amazing! We got earlier than usual check in time and I had called prior to let the hotel know about it since I was coming with my friend who has special needs and I am also her caregiver at the same time it was also her birthday. I spoke to Ophelia about it and requested accommodation if there was a possibility. She went out of her way to make this happen! She also gave Courtney a birthday card and was so accommodating. The rest of the staff as well as the staff at the restaurant were amazing, professional and very mindful! The food was delicious and the whole experience was superb! The location and atmosphere were beautiful too. I will definitely be back . Highly recommended

Really nice rooms. Great views. The woodpeckers were fun to watch from our comfortable balcony. Cable reception was pretty bad, so the TV kept freezing up the entire stay. Guess that's a good motivator to get out and explore the island. Shuttle service ran every 15 mins, very helpful.

Cool area up the hill and away from downtown. Everyone we encountered was nice. Rooms were nice, maybe a little extra detail on cleanliness needed. It's a hike to get there by foot, they do have a shuttle that picks up downtown and drops off

I'm not very picky, but it's clear this venue doesn't even try. From mildew in the showers, dust in the AC unit, broken door locks, dirty toilets, rusty mirrors and extremely poorly insulated rooms, it was a huge disappointment. Some of the staff was very sweet, others were absolutely awful and rude. It's incredibly loud at night due to terrible insulation, I woke up at least 5-6 times per night. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere that actually puts effort into the upkeep of their hotel and prioritizes the comfort of their guests.

Went with the family and we all loved the place ❤️ clean rooms, staff was beyond helpful and on top of it. They have lots of activities. Also the huge win was that it was on the top of the hill and we got to see Deers and it was just a mystical feeling having them so close to you.

Very comfortable room and mattress with lovely balcony overlooking the garden. Hotel shuttle to downtown is very convenient. On-site restaurant not owned by hotel provides reasonably priced meals. Quality varies from excellent to awful.
