I have had cabinets made by them many times, for both my home and cabin at Huntington. In every case Bill has been accommodating and easy to work with. The cabinets are beautiful and have soft close hinges on them so you can't slam them shut. Our experience has been nothing but great and my parents had work done by Cascada too and give him a 5 star rating too. (They don't own a computer) I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I had a terrible experience with Cascada Cabinets. Once we gave him our money for our custom kitchen and bathroom remodel, they took almost five months before they were done, and they wouldn't even return our calls! Like the previous poster, his measurements were also off, even though Bill came to take measurements of our new appliances. The cabinets were too tall, when we asked for them to be the same height as our existing upper cabinetry. The new oven cabinet didn't even line up with the new refrigerator cabinet, right next to it. We also asked for no drawer pulls, but finger notches for the drawers, and they didn't make room to pull them with your fingers, so we inevitably had to add drawer pulls to make them work. All these mistakes cost us thousands of dollars more, because the installers had to spend days trying to correct their errors. Also, Bill quoted us $800 per day for his installers, and they said they should have it done within 1.5 to 2 days, but they charged us $1600 per day, for 3 full days work. And they weren't even half done. Because there were so many mistakes that had to be fixed. The installers cut too much of our existing flooring, and we had to rush out to buy new flooring which didn't really match the previous floor. On top of that, they charged us for the extra time it took them to repair their overcut flooring mistake. And when we questioned them about some items, they blew up on us. They really need to work on their people skills. We had calculated how much this remodel would cost, according to the prices they quoted us, and it wasn't even close. We ended up paying over twice as much, and we still have some work left to do. I would recommend if you have them do anything, don't pay them until it's completed - with the cabinet makers, and installers - because they take your money and then just leave you hanging with no working kitchen or bathrooms. This experience sure taught us a lesson!

Don't go with cascade cabinets this guy charge me $28,000 to make some cabinets for my house and he made them to long in 2 bathrooms and he still wanted to charge me another 1200 to make them smaller the island was also made incorrectly he made it into two pieces but when you try to put it together they wouldn't fit so the guy that was installing my cabinets had to do custom cuts I ordered some special rest for The overhang of the island and even those were made to tall so my installer had to do a lot of custom cuts and I even installed some of the doors on even some doors were taller for an eighth of an inch then others I would give this guy no stars but I can't do that and I found another guy in Madera that would of charge me 16,000 to do the same work he did so this guy is nothing but a thief and then when you call him anytime you got a problem he says don't forget on with the sheriffs department so you can't touch me he's with the sheriffs department at Fresno so you can't do anything to him those are his words
