Horrible Customer service . Received a part back that was damaged and took 2 months to get back to me . Curtis Smiley them assistant sales manager rudely informed me it was not worth the time to look back at there cameras to see who dropped the part on their production line. He also informed that since we were not a high volume customer that they could care less If we continued to use them . 37 years in this industry and this is exactly what is wrong with it , People like Curtis . If my crew damaged a part in question and I had a way to verify it IE Cameras , I would be on it . Safe to say , We wont be using them again .
