We had great experience with Pacific Standard Services NJ Branch. When we placed in a call for Service, Rich came to service our machine. Rich is very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the problem very quickly, had parts in stock and was able to get our machine up and running in no time. The best part, is Rich is always smiling, though he had a long day and he visited our place late afternoon, since we had an emergency. He kept his word. Thanks, Rich for helping us out.

Don’t call pacific standard service for your instrument repair. I call them I give them my credit card details first then they send technician in my subway next day. When he comes he said I need to order some parts for your toaster I called him after 3 days he said still parts not dispatched after I ask him let me know what kind parts did he order. And I ordered same parts from same company he ordered next day they delivered to my place. I called technician can you come and fixed my toaster because I run my subway restaurant without toaster 10 days I did loss my business $4000.
When I called technician he said i can not come and fixed your toaster because I am going somewhere else.

Overall I have to run my subway without toaster 10 days after I order new toaster for $6000
Then next week they sent me invoice for service and parts I never received. Still I paid $435 for their invoice.

Since switching my entire Dunkin network in New Jersey over to PSS my downtime has been dramatically reduced. Both Rich and Christian are able to diagnose, correct, and get it back running quickly. They are also great about looking for items that should be changed in advance of it breaking down. Their flexibility with emergency / non emergency calls, I gave them a master key to all of the stores, as some close before their shift is over.

We are also expanding by two more franchise brands and found out that they do the installs and maint of all of the major equipment which is outstanding. They even spoke to my GC as to where outlets, water lines, and drains are specifically placed.
