I read some of the posts on here and was dreading coming in to make my delivery. But I was pleasantly surprised at how nice everyone was. From all 3 guards shacks to the receiving office. And I have Rheem heating and cooling in my home as well with no problems at all. Maybe I'm just one of the lucky drivers and home owners. Who knows. Just remember never to believe all that you read.

It was a drop n hook for me, in and out in less than 45 mins. Check in at Gate 1, the security guards were very nice and helpful. The lady at shipping n recieving was also very nice and helpful. Dropped my loaded trailer at Gate 4, there checked in with security guard and she told me where to drop my trailer and pick up and empty. ?

One of the worst place to pick up a load.They told me to drop the trailer at 6:49am and hold it for over almost 9 hours.The worst thing is that you are not able to ask them in what status the trailer is because the staging area is way different from the shipping area and their instruction is just to wait until they bring the trailer to the staging area.Stay a way from this company Or go ahead if you have nothing to do and sitting there for many hours.
They really are a scammers to the Truckers![Our precious/Valued time supposed not be take away by a company that doesn’t have any clue about US]!!!

Don't ever in your life come here to pick up a load these ppl won't tell you anything I've been here now over 4hrs and still nothing. I told the security guard to tell the warehouse to let me have my trailer damn this load he couldn't even do that STAY FAR AWAY from this place if you know better... keep trucking drivers and be safe out there

Rheem water 42k grain softener installed in April worked well for only 4 months then no longer gives soft water. The technical support is slow and not very helpful. Only need an o ring( confirmed by Rheem) and I can’t get them to send it.

We purchased 2 40 gallon units in October 2020 from Home Depot. Within 6 months the electronics failed in one unit. It took several weeks to get a technician here with parts. 2 months later the second unit failed. The warranty technician refused to come back (it was a 45 minute drive to our home) Rheem has a reimbursement program to hire anyone you want - the caveat is the reimbursement barely covers half the labor. We bit the bullet and called several plumbers / HVAC guys. Nobody will repair 'consumer' units made by Rheem. We finally got a plumber to come and he told us stories of how many Rheem units he has seen in the past 12 months. Just in our area. All with the same problem. The thermostats shut off and the units will not reignite. OBVIOUSLY Rheem was aware yet continued to ship defective units.

I am 13 months in with these units. The first unit we had repaired is now failing again. Absolute nightmare. Absolute joke. DO NOT BUY RHEEM CONSUMER grade products. Call a plumber and have him/her order a pro grade unit for you and have them install it. Worst purchase for our home - EVER.

5 hours to be unloaded is extreme. How does multiple trucks after me get unloaded before my trailer is finished? I’ve been here since they opened at 0600. Apparently it isn’t first come first serve. Company too busy loading/unloading HUB Group and Werner trailers before other companies. Very unorganized.

I drive for. TNI, our company does drop and hook there at gate 4, open 24/7 no overnight parking, no restrooms. Great in and out.
