The extensive work done on me over the years puts me in a unique position to know when a dental office is really exceptional and worthy of praise. Dr. Elena Bigun and her staff are so good and supportive that even the most reluctant patients are able to relax and get through procedures like never before. Dr. Elena has put a wonderful modern office together with the best equipment and a staff that is so capable. My 9 year old had a great experience today at this dentist office, with I believe was with Mrs Elena not completed sure on name. Today was the first time having a procedure done, 2 filings done. My child has never been numbed before, they had laughing gas a couple years ago for 2 little fillings. My child and I were super nervous about the whole thing. But the dentist talked for a bit, made my child laugh watching cartoons for a minute while the oral gel numbed a bit. And then came back talked and laughing, distracted My child and poked her and numbed her no problem. ? she kept asking if your okay and stuff and we are almost done and reassuring them their doing great. My child was so happy when we left, they said I really like my dentist. As a mom I was impressed with this office, staff and dentist are so nice and professional and listen to you answering any questions and concerns. I would recommend this office as of August 2022. Thank you
