OTR Driver here. Picking up, here before my 11:00 appointment, drop hook, load not ready until just after 14:00. Security gated facility, uses cb channel 12 to enter/exit, or call guard on ph# listed at gate. Must drop your mty and park along curb at facility, wait for your load/trailer. Staging yes, No ovnp from what I could see, as facility has secured electric gate. Friendly people.

For live loads you can not stay on your truck but the plus side is a nice clean drivers lounge with comfortable seating, television, microwave, and plenty of magazines to browse through. Don't get too comfortable though , they load you quick and you won't be sitting long. Great shipper and would gladly return.

You enter and exit on west easy street side. There's a gate that once you pull up to it you'll have to call the number on the sign to be let in. I delivered there so I was told were to drop and luckily what available empty to get. Backing is tight and tandems need slid all the way back as they ask you to, I watched ... trucking spend 15 minutes trying to back. It wasn't until he slid his tandems that he was able to get it. I was in and out quickly with the exception of having to wait about 15 minutes in the road because the driver ahead of me was at the gate calling in to get cleared to enter. He may have had info issues, I did. I did see other drivers get in quicker than me and the previous driver. Idk about live loads from there

The road you turn on to get to this location is weird but still pretty straight forward. Place is pretty quick with drop n hooks not sure about live loads.

Drop and hook easy,but dont put empty any spot make sure you go all the way to the end of the building. Or yard jockey will have you move it !! No matter what the person inside tells you!
