You should probably offer assistance when a customer walks in. Instead of having personal conversations whole sitting in offices seeing customers standing clearly waiting for help. Not surprising considering your sales staff never got back to us last year trying to buy a new tractor. Shocked this location is able to stay in business. Sure the only reason is service department. The rest of the place is worthless

Don't spend your hard earned money here! They are a bunch of thieves! Purchased a chainsaw for my Husband as a gift, I don't know much about saws. I spent nearly $700 on this saw. It ended up being too small. So my husband returned it to them. They have the saw, still in brand new condition, it was never even used. Yet, they still have my money!! So now they have the saw and my nearly $700. They should've just said no if they didn't want to refund it! But nope, they took the saw back and let their tiny Lil egos get hurt and now they keep hanging up on us, shooting us to voicemail, acting like they don't know what's going on with the refund. I called my bank and my bank told me that they're just waiting on the merchant to release the funds. I've had this bank for yrs and it has never taken more than a day for a refund. But it's now been almost a week and still nothing! If it's still not in my act first thing tomorrow morning, I'll be reporting them to the BBB, the attorney generals office and the consumer protection office! Enough is enough! Learn from others mistakes and take your money elsewhere. We have had several people now tell us that this isn't anything new for this location. That they are always screwingg the customers over one way or another. Smdh I expect way more from a business! Yall need to do way better!!!!

Made a delivery of machine parts and some equipment. The lady I checked in with was nice and got ahold of a few guys to get me unloaded. I was done and out in less than 40 min. Both of the gentleman who unloaded me were kind, humerus, and got the job done. I will for sure deliver here again.
