Purchased our new ride from Mitch Albritton at Ryburn Toyota. I'm from Florida, and Mitch is from Arkansas. We reached an agreeable price through our exchanges over messenger and phone calls. It was one of the best car-buying experiences I've ever had. I appreciate Mitch's straightforwardness - he never gave me false hope. Every time, he clearly stated what he could and could not do. I also met the Finance manager and his son. The best thing that I found about this dealership is people love working at this place. It seemed to me that they just don't sell cars here, they build relationships.

Third trip scheduled to the service department for leaking a/c box. Trucks been in twice, 9 days in all. Called to confirm today. Asked about loaner since my defective 24 Tacoma will be there all day and some of us have to work. Immediately dismissed with “we don’t do that”. Not even a consideration of it. Not sure how my truck will be repaired. My F250 was there 5 weeks. Never moved. Should have known better.

Dave is the man! Honestly one of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had. The process was extremely smooth, we got a fair price on a 2023 Prius (when every other dealer wanted to charge an insane markup) and a great trade in value. We were able to handle everything on the phone and no silly games like hidden fees or pushy sales tactics.

I would’ve driven twice as far for treatment this nice.

I have used Ryburn for 2 years for maintenance this year I have had several issues. I noticed my tires not wearing evenly about 3 months ago. I spoke to technician who stated last person who worked on my vehicle was fired for not doing his job. Today I returned to Ryburn for oil change and tire rotation technician said nothing about my tires needing to be checked for wear. I'm a widow depending on technicians to make me aware of things for my safety I stopped at Firestone about 20 mins later to check on tire prices my oil was leaking out under my vehicle. I had them check my tires they were not rotated correctly and I needed alignment
