Luke is literally AMAZING. We just watched our masterpiece wedding video for the first time on Christmas Day with the whole family and everyone cried! Our experience was start to end better than we could have asked for. Luke was kind, personable, funny, and responsive. He got to know us and our story and centered our video around those things. He accommodated our schedule for our pre-wedding shoot and showed up early on the day of our wedding just to get a feel of the place, interview family, etc. He encouraged us to get our childhood home videos and pictures converted to include and they made the final product even more EPIC. Most importantly, he told our story very well. I feel like the final product was a true reflection of who we are as individuals and as a couple. I could go on and on but the point here is that Luke is the person you’re looking for and you likely won’t find anyone as cool and talented. I consider it Gods grace that we randomly found such an amazing videographer.

Luke is an absolutely AMAZING videographer! He took my engagement photos and shot the video for my wedding and I could not be more pleased with both. Luke is an industrious, innovative, and talented videographer. Hiring him was one of the best choices we made in our wedding planning process.

Our planner showed us almost 10 different wedding videographers at the start of this process. Each of them had the same cookie cutter boring style with slow panning shots and generic music. Luke/8mm was the first videographer we saw whose work we appreciated - his footage was dynamic, fun, and most importantly, different from the rest.

Admittedly we were concerned about Luke's age and minimal experience with Indian weddings, But after speaking with Luke it only confirmed that he was the right choice. Although he is young and new to this industry, he was extremely enthusiastic about our wedding from the start. He took the time to learn all the different aspects of an Indian wedding, asked detailed questions, and wanted to learn everything he could about us and our families in order to curate the best video.

At the wedding itself, Luke conducted himself extremely professionally.
He also had an amazing presence and was a great time overall, multiple guests commented on how fun and energetic the videographer was. Luke even stayed well after his time had ended and joined the dancing at the reception. On top of filming everything, he was a great wedding guest.

And his videos themselves were beyond what we could have hoped for. First, Luke stayed up all night to edit a "same day" video of our wedding that we showed to our guests at the reception - it was phenomenal. Second, a week after our wedding he edited a complimentary 1 minute teaser on instagram - this was even better, it was more epic than most movie trailers i've seen. Finally, his 8 minute wedding video was excellent; it was meticulously crafted, capturing all the funny/cute moments of the wedding and expertly weaving them together. We are so happy with the footage that we bought the "Family Edit" which is a 20 minute video, and are very eager to see that as well.

We cannot recommend Luke/8mm enough. If you want a unique and timeless wedding video from an incredibly creative filmmaker, this is your best choice.
