I hired Bryce to prototype a new product and we are past one year of development and the prototypes he's delivering are of very poor quality and are not getting us any closer to launch. Not to be rude, but they look like I built them with my children, and this is after multiple revisions - and I'd already fabbed something up that works better when I first had this idea!

At this point we are spinning our wheels, and when I asked for a partial refund to move another direction, Bryce just offers to keep working on more prototypes rather than issue a refund. My suspicion is that he does not have the money to provide a refund.

In addition, 3DXtremes has repeatedly blown deadlines and gone dark when we were awaiting responses, so there is no way I can recommend Bryce and his team. Thats not to say I've ever corresponded with anyone beyond Bryce...

In the end, Bryce seems like a nice guy but does not seem competent in this field.

I had an idea and a small clay model I presented to 3D Extremes. They turned my idea into a prototype. During the prototype process, they stayed in communication until a final design was made. The team at 3D produced exactly what we designed together within a few weeks.
If you have an idea, and don’t know where to start, 3D maybe able to help you. I’ve included one picture of the vape pen charger they helped me create.

DO NOT USE:
- Promised they'd deliver tomorrow/eow for months. Nothing ever materialized. Then pulled the plug after calling them out on their inability to execute or communicate effectively.
- They only refunded 1/4th of the money and delivered nothing... I would have taken them to small claims court however Norfolk Virginia does not allow you to ZOOM into court and wasn't worth the hassle to fly across the country.
- I don't know what the company used to be like but don't be fooled by their website. It is just one guy Bryce who is a complete criminal.

I had an idea of a product that I then turned into a rough prototype. But that wasn’t enough. I knew I needed to go further to have someone create a final product that would look and function like my original idea and, at the same time, would end up looking like that unique product any customer would pick from the store shelf. After several months of research, I finally came across 3DXtremes website. I sent an email explaining what I was looking for. Within a few days Bryce, the owner, got in touch with me. We scheduled our first virtual meeting and then subsequent meetings to talk further about my product.
It took only two meetings to feel confident that 3DXtremes would be the right fit for me. Bryce was very attentive and asked as many questions as he could to make sure I would be 100% pleased with the final product I was going to receive. Soon after, we both agreed on the price-which I thought was very reasonable. We signed the contract and my journey with 3DXtremes began.
After several months of corresponding back and forth, mutually agreeing on changes to be made to the renderings and to the actual prototype, the end of exciting journey finally arrived. When I opened the USPS shipping box and finally held the final prototype in my hand I was in awe! 3DXtremes didn’t just deliver an exact replica of my prototype but a product that looks as if it was picked from a store shelf. Bryce and his team delivered what they promised and much more. I couldn’t be happier with the results I received from 3DXtremes!
