Service department quoted me a price to repair tractor, went over by $1500 didn’t call just sent invoice. Also was never notified when tract was completed, had to call and ask multiple times if we could get an update. This lack of communication has happened 3 times this year when we took tractors in for repairs. I definitely would go somewhere else for and service or repairs.

Contacted sales department said they’d have someone call me, 2 days no call. Did an internet inquiry, got a call from the national rep. Great guy. Had a sales person call me, spoked to her twice and got no where. She needed to do an appraisal. Had to plead with her to come out. Three weeks she came took pics and heard nothing back for three weeks. Sent her an email and it slipped her mind to send it. Dumb founded how sales are low, I wonder why, you don’t call people back. Whatever you do don’t see Bailey unless you really don’t want to buy or hear anything back.

Eliza and Erin were great to work with. Both were very knowledgeable and helpful as I researched my first tractor purchase. They also helped me out in a pinch and delivered the tractor to my home in Kiowa as I don't yet have a pickup and flatbed trailer to do it myself.
I really appreciate their customer centric focus, willingness to work with me, and will continue to do business with 4 Rivers in the future as a result.

I highly recommend 4Rivers Equipment in Strasburg! I called a couple weeks ago after finding out they are a Thunder Creek Equipment dealer, to see about getting a new axle on my fuel trailer. Eliza and her team were able to tell me exactly what axle I need for the trailer and got it on order that same day! Megan also kept in touch during the shipment process and got me on the schedule right away. Dropped the trailer off Tuesday afternoon and they called first thing Thursday morning and said it was ready to get back to work. Thank you all very much!

I would not recommend this company as a place to get a non John Deere tractor serviced.
I took my Ford in, for a new gas tank and fuel shut off valve, tune up, and carb adjust. when I picked it up it started hard, ran rough; but it was a cool morning in August and I did not let it warm up much. Three days later I could not keep it running, I called them and was told that since they had just worked on it that they could get it back into the shop in 90 days, unacceptable. I began tearing it apart, discovered that the fuel shutoff valve had not been replaced ( I paid for it tho) gas was dripping onto the block and exhaust system, unacceptable. The battery had been reinstalled backwards, it has a positive ground not a negative one. nuts were loose, bolts were missing. No I don't think I'll ever set foot there again.

Very bad customer service. I went there this past week because we were shopping for a tractor. The sales guy seemed to be in a hurry. We told him we wanted a quote on a tractor and some attachments. He just quickly said to give him our email and he would sent us a quote. We had some questions to ask about different tractors and was not given the opportunity to ask. We thought this was very rude! 4 days have passed and we have not heard from him.
We felt like he just wanted us out of there.
You know what though? We found an awesome sales man at Potestio Brothers equipment. He treated us with great respect and answered all of my questions.
